WE ENCOURAGE OUR GUESTS TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE YOUR PREFERRED TREATMENT(S) AND TIME IS AVAILABLE. BOOKINGS THE DAY OF SERVICE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BASED UPON AVAILABILITY.

IN ORDER TO BE SCHEDULED, ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SECURED WITH AN ACTIVE GIFT CERTIFICATE OR CREDIT CARD(WHICH WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS THE CLIENT REQUEST THEIR SERVICES BE PRE-PAID). IF USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE SPA OR THE CLIENT IS A WALK IN, A CREDIT CARD IS NOT REQUIRED.

BECAUSE YOUR SERVICES ARE GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS RESERVED FOR YOU, FULL PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION IS REQUIRED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
